In case of reservation, the procedure is the following :
we send you by email a rental contract, the rental conditions, the cleaning charter, proof of prefectural classification and tourist tax (official documents) and our RIB.
The villa is a great success, upon receipt, you will have five days to return everything signed to us, to proceed (by bank transfer) with the payment of the deposit (30% of the amount).
The balance is due one month before the arrival date.
We possibly accept animals; after consultation.
Concerning large animals, we will apply the payment of an additional special deposit of €150/animal.
The various deposits are not cashed.
